Workplaces
We have collated the data from Peterborough schools and workplaces to help our members compare the working conditions across the city. Points are based on 25 yes/no statements, such as: whether schools follow the Burgundy Book (for teachers) and Green Book (support staff); whether they consult with unions regarding their employment-related policies; and whether they provide a Well-Being Service for staff.
