Menopause Well-Being Walk

Peri- and post-menopausal members also welcome for this relaxing walk at Nene Park – find us in Milton Ferry Car Park (free on-road parking) where we will be serving hot drinks from a small NEU stall, and then leaving at 9:30am. We will be walking for around 3.5 miles around the lakes in a figure of eight, allowing those wanting a shorter walk to curtail halway through if needed.
